Matthew believes that our lifestyle and our environment, including what we eat and how we think, and what we are exposed to on a daily basis absolutely makes a huge difference in our health. "In this day and age we are being bombarded with a level of toxicity that we have never had to endure in all of history. Toxins can not only pile up in our body's tissues and cells by just being exposed in a number of ways, but also the more excess fat we have, the heavier the toxic load, not only keeping us sick but also making it very hard to maintain a healthy weight. The first step to any effective weight loss program should be to follow a healthy lifestyle program designed by a competent and experienced nutritionist and integrative health professional."
